We aim to provide the highest standards of service

Always providing 24 hour telephone cover
for clients should they need to make
contact with a representative of WPRG
or their named contact person
• We provide 100% commitment to
booking requirements by closely monitoring
timekeeping, sickness and general conduct
of the employee whilst on assignment.
We communicate frequently with the client
to discuss and solve any problems that
may arise.
•
Employees are paid on Friday weekly
in arrears on production of a completed
and signed time sheet
•
Failure of an employee reporting to
work, WPRG will provide a replacement
within one hour of the client making
contact
•
In the unlikely event of a dispute for
whatever reason, the client will have
direct access to the Directors of WPRG
to discuss and resolve the dispute.
